Wholesale enquiries — by application.
NZ Country Manuka is not currently in retail. We have spent the last two years optimising the direct channel because we wanted to know exactly what we have before we hand it to anyone else's shelves. We now know.
If you operate a luxury hotel, a high-end spa, a wellness clinic, a curated gift programme, or an independent natural-health retailer, we are open to selective wholesale partnerships. The bar is high and intentionally so.
Channels we are open to.
- Hospitality — luxury hotels, retreats, eco-resorts (in-room amenity or curated retail)
- Spas and skincare clinics — treatment use and post-treatment retail
- Wellness clinics and integrative practices — see also our practitioner programme
- Premium independent natural-health retailers — single-store operators, not chain accounts at this stage
- Corporate and high-end gifting — custom branding by negotiation
Channels we are not open to right now.
- Mass-market grocery or pharmacy chains
- Discount retailers
- Marketplaces other than Amazon (where we sell direct)
- Subscription-box bundling
This is not snobbery. It is shelf-life and brand-position protection while we are still scaling the supply side responsibly.

What we expect.
- A minimum order quantity (disclosed on application)
- Brand-aligned merchandising — our pricing tier is non-negotiable
- No re-listing on Amazon, eBay, or marketplace platforms
- FDA-compliant claim language at all times

We respond within 5 business days. If we are not the right fit at this point in the brand's growth, we will say so plainly.
