Skin Conditions & Wound Care

Apply 1–2 drops directly to the affected area 1–2 times daily. For eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis, gently massage into clean skin. For cuts, grazes, or minor wounds, apply a drop and cover with a dressing. Do not rinse off — let it absorb.

Nail Fungus & Athlete's Foot

Apply undiluted directly to affected nails or skin twice daily. For nail fungus, use a cotton bud to coat the full nail and surrounding skin. Consistent daily use over 4–8 weeks delivers the best results.

Scalp & Dandruff

Add 3–5 drops to your regular shampoo, or mix with a carrier oil and massage into the scalp before washing. Leave for 5–10 minutes before rinsing. Use 2–3 times per week.

Oral Wellness

Place 1 drop under the tongue and hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing, or add 1 drop to a glass of warm water. Use once daily as a general wellness support. Do not swallow undiluted essential oil in large quantities.

Dilution Guide

For full-face or large-area use, dilute 1 drop of Mānuka oil in 10 drops of carrier oil (e.g. jojoba, coconut, rosehip). Always patch test on the inner arm before first use on sensitive skin. Keep away from eyes.
