Welcome. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nzcountrymanuka.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by Gault Enterprises Inc., doing business as NZ Country Manuka ("we", "us", "our"), a Florida corporation with its principal place of business at 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
To place an order with us you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state or country) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Site is intended for general audiences but our products are not directed at children under 16, and we ask that they not be ordered for children under that age without parental supervision.
2. Our products — important health information
NZ Country Manuka sells natural skincare and wellness products including Mānuka essential oil, Mānuka honey, and Mānuka honey tallow balm.
Our products are not medicines. They are cosmetic and food-grade natural goods. Statements made on the Site about traditional uses, customer experiences, certifications, or laboratory research are not medical advice and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You are responsible for using our products sensibly:
- If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a serious medical condition, or are sensitive to essential oils, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
- Mānuka essential oil is for topical use only unless specifically directed otherwise. Do not apply undiluted essential oil to broken skin or sensitive areas without a patch test.
- Mānuka honey is a natural food product. Do not give honey to infants under 12 months of age (standard infant-botulism precaution).
- Discontinue use immediately if you experience irritation or any adverse reaction, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
- Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
We rely on you to read product labels, use products as directed, and apply common sense. Customer testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for limits-per-customer, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
- Prices are shown in USD or GBP depending on your selected currency and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
- Payment is processed by our payment partners (Shop Pay, Stripe, PayPal, and credit-card networks). We never store full card details on our servers.
- If we discover a clear pricing error after your order is placed, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free in both regions; expedited options may be available at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on the Site and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the carrier. Customs duties, import VAT, and other border fees on UK orders are the customer's responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.
5. Returns and refunds
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@nzcountry.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not accept returns of opened consumable products (essential oil, honey, balm) for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Customer accounts
Customer accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photography, logos, product designs, brand names, and the "NZ Country Manuka" trade dress — is owned by Gault Enterprises Inc. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Customer reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content ("User Content") to us — whether on the Site, social media, by email, or in response to a survey — you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and display that User Content in connection with our marketing and operations, including on the Site, in advertising, and on third-party platforms.
You confirm that:
- The User Content is your own original work or you have permission from any third party shown in it (including any other person depicted in a photo).
- It is honest and reflects your real experience with our product.
- It does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or contain anything defamatory, obscene, harassing, or harmful.
We may edit, remove, or decline to publish User Content at our discretion. We do not pay for User Content unless we explicitly agree to do so in writing in advance (e.g. paid creator partnerships).
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or harass anyone
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Site
- Scrape, spider, or harvest data without our written permission
- Resell or redistribute our products as a wholesaler or distributor without our written agreement
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
- Interfere with the security or functioning of the Site
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
10. Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services (Shopify, Klaviyo, Microsoft Clarity, Google, Meta, Amazon, payment processors, shipping carriers — full list in our Privacy Policy). The Site may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party service or site, and your use of them is at your own risk.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code.
Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before relying on any information.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Gault Enterprises Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability — in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gault Enterprises Inc. and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Informal resolution first. If you have a complaint or dispute with us, please contact us at hello@nzcountry.com first. We will work in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
Venue. If informal resolution fails, any claim or dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your local courts, that right is unaffected.
Class-action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we agree to bring any claim only in our individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence will continue to apply notwithstanding this section.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page tells you when. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a banner on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
